E100 TUNE with DC stage 4 on a K20 block.

Hello.
My name is Bruno, I'm from Brazil, I need a tune on the following setup, let me know if you are up for this challenge. =P I hope is not a big deal for you guys.... =)
-Ethanol (Similar to E100)*
-K20Z3
-Drag Cartel stage 4
-Portflow Head
-Skunk2 Valvetrain
-12:5 Compression pistons forged
-Forged Rods
-S2000 Oil pump
-Skunk2 Megapower Header
-Skunk2 Megapower RR
-Skunk2 Manifold
-Skunk2 TBI 72mm DBW
-3,5 Custom CAI with K&N filter
-Ceramic Clutch
...etc
That's whats on the engine, I hope you guys can help me, the trick part is the Ethanol.
